Robert Odanga (MCIArb) , Managing Partner

He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is an accredited mediator from the Chartered institute of Arbitrators. He is an Arbitrator and a member of The Chartered institute of Arbitrators Kenya and the United Kingdom. He is a trained land surveyor and has a vast experience in dealing with land matters. He has consulted and advised a number of county governments, land control boards, Banks, Saccos and Organizations in regard to Land matters and alternative dispute resolution.

He is an expert in Litigation, Negotiation and has handled very volatile mediation cases with a high rate of success. He has mediated two party and multi-party disputes in numerous contexts, including commercial, employment, corporate governance, workplace, banking and breach of contract. He has a considerable experience as a commercial and work place arbitrator, mediator and facilitator with emphasis on large and complex cases. He is highly sort after and is well known for his abilities in settling contentious matters in every area of business and commercial practice, employment, family, community, professional malpractice, insurance coverage, intellectual property, Land disputes and many other areas

He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He completed his Doctor of laws (LLD) and Master of Laws (LLM) studies at the University of South Africa (UNISA), and his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Moi University, Kenya. He over fifteen years of work experience in the field of law. He has consulted with, researched and worked for, and advised a number of organizations in Africa, including the Kenya School of Law, Africa Nazarene University, Kenya Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC), International Commission of Jurists, University of the Witwatersrand Law (Johannesburg, South Africa), the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (UN-ICTR, Arusha Tanzania), Johannesburg United Institute of Education, Foundation for Human Rights, South African Human Rights Commission Arise Africa Consultants. He is the immediate former Deputy Director/Deputy CEO of the Kenya School of Law (KSL). He is an Associate Professor of Law and was the Founding Dean and Founding Chair of the Africa Nazarene University Law School and Africa Nazarene University Law Department, respectively.
